Hi, I’m Léa :) (she/her)
WELCOME, so nice to have you here.
Originally from Geneva (CH), I moved to Berlin 8 years ago, in my mid-twenties. Back then, I was called and so inspired by the fresh air of endless possibilities and the warm breeze of freedom that reigned in the city. Freedom to dig, walk, dance, taste, listen, and explore both outwards… and inwards.
At the top of the Berlin sky, the shining sun felt like an invitation to give space to who we really are. In this dazzling urban theatre, I attended surprising classes and discovered new ways to observe and experience the different moments that make my life.
That’s how being more present, more embodied, and connected to this present-moment reality made me discover a brand new sense of lightness. I realised that each moment could be felt from many different perspectives that I could play with and explore to find the ones I aspire to live in. That’s where the name of my project come from;)
Since then, mindfulness meditation, expressive movement, and yin yoga help me to be even more receptive to the wonders of life but also more at ease with the dark storms that are also part of every human’s life. Discover below my intentions behind PoP.

EXPLORING THE WONDERLAND CALLED PRESENCE 🦪 〰️
Perspectives of Presence is a concrete invitation to take a break from the speed and quantity. Venturing into slowness and, perhaps, into depth. Into the present moment experience and into a sense of Being. ↓

Perspectives of Presence
Deeply moved and inspired by meditative states and contemplative practices, I decided to deepen my theoretical knowledge and practical experiences. And so, I trained as a secular Mindfulness facilitator in Berlin (the Dream Haus, 2019) and followed a complementary yearlong training with Mark Coleman & Martin Aylward in 2021 (Mindfulness Training Institute).
All the discoveries I have been living since then offer favourable grounds to share these practices with you. As best I can, with an accessible, playful and inclusive approach that encourages putting aside perfectionism, rigid norms, and performance of any kind.
To expand into more expressive and creative realms, I trained as a movement facilitator with Florencia Lamarca, and learned in-depth her Fluentbody approach which draws on intuitive dance practices from Gaga dance and somatic work like the Grinberg method. Fluentbody is about trusting the deep wisdom of our bodies and our ability to relate to life using movement.
Last but not least, I trained in 2022 as Yin Yoga teacher with Liina Tael and Valerie Hartwich in Berlin. Yin yoga is a gentle yoga inviting us to ground in presence while contemplating and feeling the evolving bodily sensations as we hold a posture in stillness for several minutes. It can be a deeply grounding experience and the occasion to reconnect kindly with our bodies’ stories, needs and immense possibilities.
In my sessions, I let all these beautiful inspirations and influences translate into a sequence of varied exercises and explorations.
Softening into presence
ASPIRATION
PRESENCE
Are you here, in this very moment?
THROUGH THE FELT SENSES
Wherever you are when reading this, I invite you to FEEL the temperature of the air on your skin for a few instants. Is any sensation noticeable or maybe nothing at all?
NUANCED RATHER THAN BINARY
There’s no right or wrong answer, but your lived experience just as it is.
NOTICING THE UNNOTICED
In mindfulness we cultivate awareness of the states and fluctuations of our inner and outer weather patterns; catalysing this exploration with gentle curiosity, interest and kindness. Whether we encounter a clear blue sky, a thunderstorm or a soft wind.
PERHAPS OPENING NEW PERSPECTIVES...
Let’s peel off the crusted and maybe touch deeper layers of ourselves.
CULTIVATING LOVE AND INTENTIONALITY
In how we interact with ourselves and the world around us.
